Eligibility:
Applications are open to all post graduate science and technology research students from the Australian National University, the University of Canberra, the Catholic University, the Canberra Institute of Technology and the Australian Defence Force Academy. A working knowledge of French is desirable but not a requirement.

Scholarship Description: AFAS ACT is offering post graduate science and technology research students residing and studying in the ACT a unique opportunity to undertake training or a collaborative study with a French University or research body in France or a French institution outside France in 2012. The grant of $3,000 is a contribution to return airfares to get to the French Institution for study and towards living costs for the duration of the stay.
